Is my data safe?
Yes. Your business data is yours, hosted in the EU and GDPR-compliant.
What languages does izi speak?
At launch, izi will be fluent in English, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Bosnian. Other languages will be added soon after.
Do I need WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram to use bizi?
No. The app on its own (web, iOS, Android) does everything. izi-in-chat is an option, not a requirement. If you'd rather tap through a clean app, that's a perfectly good way to use bizi. Most people will end up using both, depending on the moment.
I'm not a tradesperson. Can I still use bizi?
Absolutely. bizi is built for anyone who runs a small operation: hairdressers, freelance designers, photographers, consultants, small studios. If you send quotes, issue invoices, and want administration to take less of your day, you're our person.
